Tresillian’s ongoing delivery of services (COVID-19)
Our Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic
At Tresillian the safety and wellbeing of children and their families is our highest priority. Tresillian is committed to continuing to provide services which are so important to families, particularly in these uncertain times when many are feeling a heightened sense of stress and anxiety.
We would like to assure families and our partner agencies that Tresillian is in regular contact with health authorities, ensuring we are taking all steps to minimise the risk of exposure to the virus. This includes screening of all families and staff attending our services each day, strictly adhering to social distancing guidelines and providing a range of options to access for help and support for parents.
Tresillian is continuing to provide services for families seeking help and support on a broad range of parenting concerns. Telehealth Virtual Consultations are available for parents unable or not wishing to attend a service in person including Virtual Parenting Courses.
Parents and carers of young children, can contact the Tresillian Parent's Help Line on 1300 272 736 (7am – 11pm) for advice, support and a referral to other Tresillian services which may be of benefit to you if needed. The Parent's Help Line staff are only a call away, ready to provide a listening ear, helpful advice and to assist you to access the Tresillian service which will best meet your needs.
We encourage you to follow Tresillian’s Facebook and Instagram posts which will be updated regularly with the latest information and helpful tips for families during this extraordinary time.
