Advanced Nurse Practice Course - for Sustaining NSW Families staff only
About this event
The Advanced Nurse Practice (ANP) course has been developed on behalf of the NSW Ministry of Health specifically for staff working in the Sustaining NSW Families (SNF) program. The course is designed to support staff to understand the requirements of sustained health home-visiting, the SNF program model, as well as to enhance knowledge and development of specific skills required to undertake assessments and interventions included in this program.
This course requires completion of a self-directed learning module, successful participation in specified workshops outlined in the course; and completion of a longitudinal case study.
Nursing staff employed in the SNF program are required to complete this course as part of their role in the program. Enrolment in this course should occur when staff first commence employment in the program.
