Terms and Conditions

Withdrawal, cancellation or transfer of registration for Tresillian courses and events

Tresillian Family Care Centres recognises that participants may need to change or cancel their registration due to unforeseen circumstances. In this event, the follow conditions will apply:

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: FUNDRAISING EVENTS

If a Tresillian event is not able to be conducted, Tresillian reserves the right to postpone to a later date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SHORT COURSE REGISTRATION

Tresillian short courses: Transfer of registration to another course

  • A written request to transfer to another course must be submitted to TFCC-Education@health.nsw.gov.au a minimum of 1 working day* prior to the commencement time of the course. No transfer to another course can be made if a participant fails to attend a course.

Tresillian short courses: Transfer of registration to another participant

  • A written request to transfer registration to another participant must be submitted to TFCC-Education@health.nsw.gov.au a minimum of 1 working days* prior to the commencement time of the course. , with the name and contact details of an alternative participant. No transfer to another course can be made if a participant fails to attend a course.

Tresillian short courses: Withdrawing or cancellation of registration

Written notice of withdrawal or cancellation of registration must be submitted via email to TFCC-Education@health.nsw.gov.au. If the notice is received:

  • More than 15 working days* prior to the course commencement: 100% of the course fee will be refunded
  • Between 5-14 working days* prior to the course commencement: 50% of the course fee will be refunded
  • Less than 5 working days* prior to the course commencement: No refund will be provided.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS

Tresillian conference: Transfer of registration to another conference

  • No arrangement can be made to transfer registration to another Tresillian conference or course.

Tresillian conference: Transfer of registration to another participant

  • A written request to transfer registration to another participant must be submitted to TFCC-Education@health.nsw.gov.au a minimum of 3 working day* prior to the commencement time of the course. , with the name and contact details of an alternative participant.

Tresillian CONFERENCE: Withdrawing or cancellation of registration

Written notice of withdrawal or cancellation of registration must be submitted via email to TFCC-Education@health.nsw.gov.au. If the notice is received:

  • More than 20 working days* prior to the conference commencement: 100% of the conference registration fee will be refunded
  • Between 10-15 working days* prior to the course commencement: 50% of the conference registration fee will be refunded
  • Less than 10 working days* prior to the conference commencement: No refund will be provided.

No refunds or transfers can be made if a participant fails to attend a course or a conference for which they have previously registered.

Tresillian Family Care Centres reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule a short course or conference as required. In the event that Tresillian Family Care Centres cancels a short course or conference, all registrations fees only will be refunded.

*Please note: A full working day is Monday – Friday 8am-4.30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, and excludes New South Wales public holidays.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PRODUCT AND MERCHANDISE PURCHASES

Returns and Refunds

Please choose your items carefully. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, to return an item, you must undertake the following –

  • A receipt of purchase must be provided
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as purchased
  • Refunds to be made within 7 days

Delivery

Products available from this website are dispatched via the Australia Post Network. Please allow 7-21 working days for delivery within Australia. Overseas delivery (if international post is available) will depend on the destination.

Please contact us if you have urgent order requirements (additional fees may apply). We will always endeavour to fill your order as quickly as possible.

In the event that you do not receive your order within the specified times above, we recommend that you check through the Australia Post tracking details supplied. Alternatively, you can contact the Tresillian office at tfcc-education@health.nsw.gov.au
