This five day course developed in the United Kingdom and now used internationally is strongly recommended by NSW Health to all staff working with families with young children. The family partnership model and associated training provide an explicit set of frameworks for understanding the psycho-social nature of the helping process. It enables workers to develop and use qualities and communication skills needed to facilitate effective help. This course is highly relevant to all workers attempting to engage with families.
Tresillian educators deliver the training in a format tailored to the needs of the specific organisation (5 full days, 10 half days etc).
