Tresillian Family Care Centres is Australia’s largest Early Parenting Service offering professional advice, education and guidance to families with a baby, toddler or pre-schooler.

Tresillian has helped generations of parents over the last 100 years providing reassurance and support with:

Day Services:

NSW
In metropolitan Sydney, Tresillian has Day Services at Tresillian Canterbury, Nepean and Wollstonecraft.

In Regional NSW, Tresillian has Day Services located at Broken Hill, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo, Grafton, Lismore, Queanbeyan, Taree, Wagga Wagga, Griffith, Muswellbrook, Armidale, Moruya, Goulburn and Cowra and in the ACT in Curtin.

The Early Years Parenting Mobile Van Tresillian 2U regularly visit's families in towns and communities​ on a rotational basis with bases at the following areas: NSW Mid North Coast, Inverell, Queanbeyan, Eurobodalla, Tweed, Bathurst.

In metropolitan Sydney,  Tresillian has Day Services at Tresillian Canterbury, Nepean and Willoughby.

In Regional NSW Tresillian has a residential unit at Macksville – (8-bed capacity Residential Unit)

ACT
Tresillian has the QEII Family Centre at Curtin (26-bed capacity Residential Unit)

Virtual Residential Parenting Service (VRPS):

The VRPS is a free 5-day, 4-night virtual service with access to parenting support 24/7. Over the five days that you are enrolled in this service, you can speak with a Tresillian child and family nurse, GP, psychologist and social worker. There will be planned sessions every day and 24-hour support if you need to contact a nurse outside of these sessions. This service is accessed on your own device at home.

  • Can I book myself into Tresillian?

    NSW families can ask their GP or Child and Family Health Nurse for a Referral to Tresillian or Self Refer to Tresillian's services. Our Nurses can provide a listening ear, helpful advice and to assist you to access the Tresillian service which will best meet your needs. Call the Tresillian Parent’s Help Line on 1300 272 736.

  • What are the reasons for Self Referral to Tresillian in NSW?

    Becoming a new parent can be overwhelming and exhausting. Tresillian can help you and your family during this challenging time with: Practical guidance and support on what you can do to help your baby sleep better, Feeding your baby - Breastfeeding or bottlefeeding, Working out baby’s sleep/feed/play daily rhythm or pattern, Toddler behaviour, Coping with twins or triplets, Self-care – your own emotional health.

  • How much does it cost?

    Day Services are covered by Medicare. Residential Services are covered by Medicare and/or your family’s private health fund. If both parents stay overnight one parent is a boarder and an accommodation/meals charge applies per day. You will be advised of the current rate prior to your admission.
