How Tresillian helps

Our team includes experienced child & family health nurses, midwives, specialists in lactation, allied health clinicians and GP’s who work in partnership with you to help make sense of your child’s crying, sleep, feeding and behaviour. We aim to help you build a positive relationship with your child, giving you confidence and reassurance as you progress through your parenting journey. We can also support you with your own emotional well-being.

Partners are actively encouraged to participate during your stay.

Cost - For the parent and child, fees are covered by Medicare and/or by your Private Health Insurance. For partners, a boarding fee per night applies to cover meals and accommodation.

Referral pathways following this program could include a 5 day/4 night Residential Service Program at a later date, our Day Services Program, or Universal Child & Family Health/MACH services in the community.

Preparing for your visit

Not sure what to expect during your visit? No worries! We have all the information you need.
We went to Tresillian when my first born was 11 months old. As he had not slept very well at all, this was a life changing experience. I am still not sure what "magic" happened that week but it was absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend Tresillian highly enough. If you and your family need help with learning about sleep for bubs, don't hesitate, just talk to this amazing organisation.
