Parenting Groups
Parenting Groups
Tresillian’s parenting groups are offered virtually, in the community and face-to-face at Tresillian Family Care Centres.
Topics range from ‘Supporting Sleep in Young Babies’ for those with a baby aged up to 20 weeks, along with ‘Getting to Know You’, a 5-week facilitated discussion group for parents with a baby aged up to 8 weeks where new parents have the opportunity to learn how to recognise and understand their own baby’s communication. ‘Circle of Security’, ‘Introducing Solids’ and ‘Understanding your Toddler’ are some of the other topics we cover.
As well as learning more about communicating with your baby, parenting groups are also a great way to meet other new parents.
