What are Tresillian’s operating hours?
Tresillian offers a range of early parenting services across NSW, ACT and Tasmania. Below is a clear breakdown of operating hours for each service, so families know when support is available.
Day Services
Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Closed: Public holidays
Tresillian Day Services operate during standard business hours and provide support through a 2-hour appointment. Weekend appointments are not available.
Residential Services (4-night / 5-day stay)
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day
Closed: Public holidays (no new admissions on public holidays)
Tresillian Residential Services provide 24-hour support throughout your stay.
Admissions
- While our Residential service is open over the weekend, admissions are Monday to Friday.
- Your exact arrival time will be confirmed before your stay.
Parent’s Help Line
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 11:00 pm

The Tresillian Parent’s Help Line is open every day and is staffed by experienced Child and Family Health Nurses.
Guthrie Early Learning Centre
Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Closed: Public holidays
Christmas and public holiday operating hours
- Tresillian services operate with reduced availability during the Christmas and New Year period.
- Most services are closed on public holidays, including Christmas Day
- The Parent’s Help Line may operate reduced hours on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
- Families with existing bookings will be contacted directly if holiday hours affect their service. Updated holiday hours are published on the Tresillian website closer to the festive period.

Some services operate on weekends. Residential Services provide 24-hour care throughout your stay, including weekends. The Parent’s Help Line is also available on weekends.
Most Tresillian services are closed on public holidays. Residential Services do not admit new families on public holidays.
