Day Services

Tresillian Day Services provide a range of services for families experiencing early parenting challenges including:

  • Sleep and settling difficulties
  • Adjustment to parenthood
  • Breastfeeding
  • Infant nutrition
  • Toddler behaviour
  • Multiple babies
  • Emotional and psychological health and wellbeing
  • Anxiety and postnatal depression.

Your first visit will usually take place at one of our centres. During this appointment, a follow-up plan will be developed depending on your family’s needs. This may include further centre-based consultations, home-based consultations, group programs or telephone support.

We also provide virtual consultations via video-conferencing for rural and regional families unable to travel to one of our Family Care Centres.

Our Day Services operate from 8.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday with centres located in Sydney at Canterbury, Wollstonecraft and Nepean as well as regional centres at Lismore, Wagga Wagga, Coffs Harbour, Queanbeyan, Dubbo and Albury Wodonga. These services are free of charge to families with a Medicare card.
