ANP Knowledge Integration Day

This workshop is for currently enrolled SNF nurses in the Advanced Nurse Practice Course.  

The workshop is interactive, drawing on your current experience of working with families in the SNF program. As you have been using the assessment tools and designing interventions this workshop aims to assist you to further refine your skills in assessment, formulation, development and evaluation of targeted intervention using the structured developmental program.

Please bring your in-progress case study assignment as this session will guide you in its completion.
