Day Services

To keep families living in the GREATER SYDNEY AREA as safe as possible during the current COVID-19 lockdown, Tresillian is temporarily suspending face to face day services for both nursing and counselling appointments as well as home visiting. Telehealth Virtual Consultations will replace face to face services during this time and are FREE of charge.  Tresillian Regional Services are continuing to operate as normal, with COVID safe protocols in place.

Parents can now Self Refer to Tresillian services by calling our Parent’s Help Line on 1300 272 736. Call now to talk to one of our experienced nurses about which Tresillian service will best suit you.

Tresillian Day Services provide a range of services for families experiencing early parenting challenges including:

  • Sleep and settling difficulties
  • Adjustment to parenthood
  • Breastfeeding
  • Infant nutrition
  • Toddler behaviour
  • Multiple babies
  • Emotional and psychological health and wellbeing
  • Anxiety and postnatal depression.

Your first visit will usually take place at one of our Centres. During this appointment, a follow-up plan will be developed depending on your family’s needs. This may include further centre-based consultations, home-based consultations, group programs or telephone support.

We also provide Telehealth virtual consultations via video-conference for families unable to travel to one of our Family Care Centres. This provides the opportunity to have a consultation with a Tresillian Registered Nurse from the comfort of your own home. The consultations are available through a user-friendly and secure web-link on a laptop or via an app for mobile phones and tablets

Day Services are free of charge to families with a Medicare card.

Day Services operate 8.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
